Catholic Schools & PSR Programs Receive Beyond Sunday Grants

Foundation Distributes $526,000 for 2019-2020 Academic Year

This month, the Roman Catholic Foundation distributed 15 Beyond Sunday school grants totaling $526,007 for the 2019-2020 academic year! This year’s grant recipients include 28 local archdiocesan and parish Catholic schools and three parish schools of religion.

The majority of grants distributed were Academic Capacity Enhancement grants, which fund projects that will develop more competitive educational programs in the STREAM (science, technology, religion, engineering, arts and mathematics) disciplines. Two grants were Transformational Innovation grants, which fund organizational transformation projects in the areas of Catholic identity, teaching and management.
