BIO

Joe has over 30 years of professional experience, proving to be a successful executive sales and operational leader. He is the past CEO of Marygrove, a Catholic Charities agency, that provides residential treatment for children and young adults who have experienced trauma due to abuse, neglect and abandonment. He has served in executive leadership positions for several privately owned companies here in St Louis, including as President of a private equity national franchise operation.

Beyond his successful career, Joe has decades of experience serving the Church at the parish, ministry and archdiocesan levels. He served on the Missouri Catholic Conference’s Priority Planning Committee, the Archbishop-emeritus Carlson’s Pastoral Priority Planning Team and chaired the archdiocesan Catholic Men for Christ Conference for ten years. His faith is core to his identity, and he is known by many to be a man of integrity that is steady, passionate and committed to mission.

Joe and his wife, Julie, have five children and are parishioners of St. Clare of Assisi parish.  While at previous parishes he is a past member of the Parish Council, ACA and Capital Campaign volunteer, Confirmation catechist, PSR teacher and CYC coach.

BIO

John has over 30 years of experience as a finance professional. Much of this experience was at Fortune 500 companies in various finance leadership roles throughout the country. He built and led finance & IT teams of varying sizes including those which were global in scope. He returned to St Louis to help lead a public company spin-off. His most recent experience was as a CFO for a privately held manufacturing company for the past four years.

He has applied his finance acumen to serve various non-profits including Ronald McDonald House Charities, The United Way, and St Patrick Center. He is the current chair of his Parish Finance committee, a role he has held in other parishes in various cities where he and his family have lived, including Raleigh, NC; Hopedale, MA; and Boulder, CO.

John has been an active participant within his church community and has served on several Men’s ACTS retreat teams. He is also an active member of the Knights of Columbus Council serving in various capacities.

John and his wife, Lynnette, have one adult son and are members of St. Peter Parish in Kirkwood. They are active in many parish activities including prayer groups, the Lenten Fish Fry and St. Peter Fest. They love St. Peter Church and its community and enjoy living in Kirkwood.

Michael brings to the Roman Catholic Foundation more than 35 years of experience in asset management with a focus on charitable and wealth planning. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing for First Bank Wealth Management Group, and prior to that, he worked with U.S. Trust, UMB Trust and U.S. Bank.

Michael has enjoyed nearly 40 years of community involvement, having served as Board President for the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis, the St. Louis Planned Giving Council and the Arts and Education Council. He is a board member of the Shakespeare Festival of St. Louis, St. Louis Cathedral Concerts, St. Louis Planned Giving Council and currently serves as the Board Chair for the International Photography Hall of Fame. Michael lives in the Central West End and is a parishioner of the Cathedral Basilica, where he chairs the Parish Council and the Stewardship Committee.  He also sits on the Finance Committee.

Laura joins the Roman Catholic Foundation with over 20 years of professional experience and a diverse skill set. Most recently, Laura worked in donor engagement with Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, where she helped connect donors with ministries and programs that resonate with their passions and values.

Before this role, Laura served as Director of Operations of a boutique law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation, where she managed the firm’s finances and day-to-day operations. Additionally, Laura holds a Juris Doctorate and practiced law for several years in the areas of litigation, corporate law, and estate planning before choosing to focus on raising her family.

Laura and her husband have three adult children and are active members of their parish where they deeply value their time with lifelong friends and family. Over the years, Laura has contributed to the parish by serving on the pro-life committee and chairing the annual family picnic. She and her husband also dedicated over seven years to ministry by serving on the presenting team for Worldwide Marriage Encounter, where they facilitated communication and relationship-building workshops for couples.

An enthusiastic volunteer, Laura has held several leadership roles including Board President of the Villa Duchesne City House Alumnae Association, board member of the Parent Network of St. Louis, and board member and Treasurer for Salem Methodist Preschool. She has also volunteered with St. Patrick Center serving meals and as a team captain for the casserole program providing meals for clients of St. Patrick Center.

Mike joins the Roman Catholic Foundation as a Gift Planning Officer, bringing over 25 years of professional experience in financial services and relationship management. He most recently served as a Business Banking Relationship Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where he guided clients toward strategic solutions to achieve their long-term financial goals. Prior to that, Mike spent over a decade with US Bank in various leadership roles, focusing on bank management, client service, and team development.
Mike and his wife, Kathryn, have two sons and are deeply involved in the Catholic community. A dedicated volunteer, he serves on the parish finance committee at St. Michael the Archangel in Shrewsbury and has previously served as Treasurer for both Holy Cross Academy and the St. Michael Athletic Association.

Andrea and her husband have an adult daughter. She has spent the past 26 years serving religious organizations. Most recently, Andrea worked for the Lutheran Church Extension Fund as a quality assurance specialist. She brings excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude to all that she does at the Foundation. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys volunteering and visiting nursing homes to spend time with residents who do not have family nearby.

Andrea and her husband are parishioners of Seven Holy Founders Parish.

Christina has over 20 years of accounting experience in the nonprofit industry. Most recently, she was the Chief Financial Officer for Pony Bird, Inc.

Christina is currently Treasurer of the St. Pius X High School Alumni Association and Treasurer of the St. Rose of Lima Home and School Association.

Christina and her husband, Jason, have one son and are parishioners of St. Rose of Lima parish. They are very active in their parish and the local Knights of Columbus Council #1185.

Before joining the Roman Catholic Foundation, Maggie was the Administrative Coordinator at WashU, in the division of Student Affairs. Previously, she was the Executive Assistant to Archbishop Mitchell Rozanski. She also spent many years teaching preschool and kindergarten at various Catholic schools in the St. Louis area, as well as countless hours volunteering with her children’s schools.

Maggie and her husband Jeff have 7 children, and 3 adorable granddaughters. The last of their 7 children graduated from Duchesne High School in 2026, following in the footsteps of his 3 older brothers and 3 older sisters. Maggie and Jeff are members of All Souls parish in Overland.
