To provide scholarship funding for students of the St. Charles Lwanga Center, the Archdiocesan Office of Black Catholic Ministries located in St. Louis, Missouri desiring to receive post-secondary education; including, but not limited to, junior college, vocational school, trade school, four-year college or university, or apprenticeship or other job training program

Refund Policy

Roman Catholic Foundation of Eastern Missouri is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity focusing on our mission of inspiring giving and connecting donors to Catholic ministries, sustaining the local Church for future generations.

Refunds of gifts are discouraged, however, if there is an error in the amount of payment or payee, please contact the Roman Catholic Foundation at 314.918.2890 within 30 days of the donation to resolve any refund issues.
