Encounter Details and Registration

As a reminder, to ensure the continued renewal of this scholarship in their high school years, your student is required to participate in two specific events throughout the academic year.

The first of these is the Mass, Lunch, and Conference with the Archbishop, which will take place on Saturday, October 12th, at St. Michael’s in Shrewsbury, MO.

The event will begin promptly at 10:00 AM, so we kindly ask that your student arrives at least fifteen minutes early. Parents are welcome to attend the Mass.

Please ensure that they are dressed appropriately for this occasion. Attire guidelines include no tennis shoes, flip-flops, Crocs, shorts, jeans, sweats, hoodies, or similar casual clothing. Young women should wear appropriate length dresses, skirts or pants. Shoulders and midriff should be covered. Young men should be in dress slacks, dress shirt and tie, coats are recommended, but optional. All students should be in dress shoes.

Your support in helping your student meet these obligations is greatly appreciated. We look forward to seeing them thrive as part of the Beyond Sunday Fellow’s community.
