The Foundation staff is dedicated to serving the donor’s needs in their philanthropic efforts for the benefit of God’s work in our local church.

Mark J. Guyol

President & CEO

Experience: Prior to joining to The Roman Catholic Foundation, Mr. Guyol gained 28 years of business and leadership experience at St. Louis-based Ronnoco Coffee Company, most recently serving as Vice President.

Community Activities: Mr. Guyol has been active in his parish and Catholic organizations in the Archdiocese of St. Louis for over 20 years. He served as General Chair of the Annual Catholic Appeal in 2005. He currently serves on the board of Birthright Counseling. He is a past member of the Archdiocese of St. Louis Finance Council, Kenrick-Glennon Seminary Board, and the Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital Foundation Board. He also is a former member of the Parish Council at Immacolata.

Suann P. Fields, CPA

Director of Finance & Operations

Experience: Ms. Fields has worked at Catholic organizations in the St. Louis area for more than 20 years, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Liguori Publications with the Redemptorist Fathers and Brothers. Prior to that position, Suann was Chief Financial Officer with the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate.

Community Activities: Her more than 20 years of volunteerism include serving several years as a board member and treasurer of the school board at All Saints Academy. In addition she served as bookkeeper for the school. Currently, she is active in a number of initiatives at St. Dominic Parish and Mater Dei Catholic High School.

Michael W. Weisbrod

Gift Planning Officer

Experience: Mr. Weisbrod joins the Roman Catholic Foundation with more than 35 years of experience in Asset Management with a focus on Charitable and Wealth Planning. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing for First Bank Wealth Management Group, and was previously with U.S. Trust, UMB Trust and U. S. Bank.

Community Activities: Mr. Weisbrod has enjoyed nearly 30 years of community involvement, including holding the office of Board President for the Estate Planning Council of Saint Louis, the St. Louis Planned Giving Council, the Arts and Education Council, SSDN Early Education Center and Craft Alliance. He is currently serving as a board member of the Shakespeare Festival of Saint Louis, Saint Louis Cathedral Concerts, The Arts and Education Council, Craft Alliance and Jewish Family & Children’s Services. He is a parishioner of the Cathedral Basilica, where he Chair’s the Stewardship Committee and sits on the Finance Committee.

Carri L. Brooks

Gift Planning Officer

Experience: Prior to joining the Roman Catholic Foundation as Advancement & Communications Officer, Ms. Brooks served as a campaign field director for the Beyond Sunday campaign. She has also worked in communications roles at other nonprofit organizations, including the Office of Laity and Family Life at the Archdiocese of St. Louis and the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Community Activities: Ms. Brooks has interest in a variety of causes and has volunteered with a range of organizations. She is currently active with Community Living, Inc. and the Concordance Academy of Leadership.

Kathryn A. Mayrose

Grants Administrator

Experience: Prior to joining the Roman Catholic Foundation, Ms. Mayrose was employed with the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County Government in a variety of community-oriented positions, most recently as a Community Development Specialist in the St. Louis County Planning Department. She also worked as a Peer Tutor in the Washington University Writing Center.

Community Activities: Ms. Mayrose has volunteered with various organizations benefitting both children and animals, and currently assists with the annual book fair at Trautwein Elementary School.

Tiffany D. Hunt

Senior Accountant

Experience: Ms. Hunt has worked in accounting for over 10 years including public, private and non-profit organizations. Most recently serving as the Accountant for The Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint Louis.

Community Activities: Ms. Hunt is active in her parish and currently serves as the Finance Committee chair at St. Francis of Assisi, Oakville. She is also passionate about serving in the community and throughout the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

April Y. Esenwah

Executive Assistant

Experience: Ms. Esenwah worked in the Office of Stewardship and the Annual Catholic Appeal of the Archdiocese of St. Louis for 26 years. She served as an Associate for the Planned Giving Department and has extensive experience in administering planned gift options and cultivating donor relationships.

Community Activities: Ms. Esenwah currently serves on the Planned Giving and Endowment Council of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. She is active in her parish serving on the Endowment and Stewardship Committees at St. James the Greater. April serves as a board member of the musicians mentoring program, Y’All of New York.

Holly A. Finnegan

Donor Services Manager
Experience: In her previous positions in the building, retail, medical and nonprofit industries, Ms. Finnegan gained a wide range of experience, from graphic design to volunteer program coordination. All of her experiences have led her to specializing in project coordination and process improvement.

Community Activities: Ms. Finnegan recently returned to the St. Louis area and plans to get involved with local organizations that assist abused women and homeless pets.

Andrea L. Sharp

Donor Services Representative

Experience: In her previous position, Ms. Sharp gained almost 20 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and customer service.

Community Activities: Ms. Sharp recently volunteered at the Cedar Hill VFW’s first annual Hill or High Water 5K/1Mile Family walk to benefit Veterans Cancer Care. They raised over $2,000 and hope to raise more next year. She is also wanting to get involved with helping homeless and abused animals. In her spare time, she is devoted to being with her family.

Amelia C. Gattuso

Donor Services Representative

Experience: Ms. Gattuso worked with the Mid-South Food Bank in Memphis, TN for over two years as the Donor Relations Manager where she focused on the donation acknowledgement process while also assisting with social media.

Community Activities: While residing in Memphis, volunteered at Ave Maria Nursing Home and Assisted Living and SoundCheck’s Neighborhood Project. She also interned with the FedEx St. Jude Classic in the tournament office for two years and worked at Lausanne School and St. Agnes Academy helping to coach basketball and soccer to 3rd and 4th grade girls.
